Do my clients need an account?

No. They receive a beautifully formatted PDF in their inbox. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to download.

What recording tools work?

Anything that exports plain text, SRT, or VTT. That covers Zoom, Otter, Fathom, Riverside, and most tools you're already using.

Can I edit what the AI writes?

Yes, always. Every section is fully editable before anything is sent. The AI gives you a strong starting point. The final word is always yours.

I already use Fathom, or my platform has AI notes built in.

Is my client data private?

Your transcripts are processed through enterprise-grade infrastructure and are never used to train AI models. Raw transcripts are deleted automatically the moment your summary is approved and sent. Can't I do this in ChatGPT?

ChatGPT doesn't know what you covered last session, or what your client is working through over time. SessionImprint remembers, and delivers it in your brand, not a generic chat window. That's the difference between a tool you use and a follow-up your client actually keeps.

I already use Paperbell. Is this the same thing?

Not at all. Paperbell runs the business around your sessions: scheduling, payments, contracts. SessionImprint handles what happens after the session: the follow-up your client takes home. They work alongside each other.

Do my clients know I'm using SessionImprint?

On Starter, there's a small "Crafted with SessionImprint" line in the PDF footer. On Growth, that's removed. Either way, the PDF arrives from your name and your email address.
